Her pure white fur stood out from this place. Anything could spot her more than a mile away even if she was standing still. With her head to the ground, she tracked a herd of caribou. She sniffed the air as the wind blew their scent closer. The sun was warm on her fur, yet still cool.
Looking around, she started off at a fast trot. Snow was getting closer, and she knew it. Her ears perked, she could hear the calls from the caribou. Time to hunt, she thought to herself. Snowfoot lowered herself to the ground. Her Holden eyes scanning ahead, she spotted them. She stalked close to them, and stopped to watch. What am I waiting for? She was looking for a old adult, or newborn calf. And she soon spotted one as it lay down in the grass, it's mother a little far off.
Seeing that as her opening, she moved closer, watching the mother. Stopping within a yard from the calf, she looked around once more, and then launched forward quickly. The calf never saw her coming, and she caught it silently. Pricking her ears, she heard pounding behind her. Not thinking, she knew it was the mother trying to save he calf, though it was too late.
Snowfoot launched herself forward again, running a distance before stopping. The mother, now given up on her baby, had turned toward the crowd. Snorting, she moved under the shade of a tree to feast, her tail swishing from side to side as she did. Was there more than anything she wanted in the world? To her, not at this very moment. She had a pack, and was in a good rank so she was rather content at the moment.

Watching another white wolf, the second encounter of a white wolf this week, Bliss laughed to herself. She was content on how many wolves she had already encountered in such little time. She began to run toward the wolf, scenting as she did so. Another she-wolf, she thought, like me. Things were starting to look up since she meet Staphnof. I hope i can see him again soon. Bliss has gotten along well with him and he was on her mind a lot these past few days. Oh great, stupid, you are letting him to close..She yelled at herself in her mind.
Putting her thoughts aside she slowed as to not startle the she-wolf. The sun felt hotter than Winter, but colder than Summer. She knew Spring was definitely coming fast. She was now walking, noticing the flowers that began to bloom around her. The freshness of blood came through her nostrils. Looks like someone caught a calf. Nice.. She thought.
Bliss wasn't all that hungry, so she wasn't bothered by the smell. She was almost close enough by now that the she-wolf should be able to see her soon, so she stopped. She didn't care for fighting with so much on her mind, and knew the she-wolf would be able to smell her scent by now. Bliss let out a small, yet friendly howl, to get the other female to notice her if she hasn't already.

As she continued to eat the wind blew a breeze toward her nose. Sniffing she lifted her head thinking "Another female" Licking her lips her ears pricked at hearing a friendly howl. Snow turned her head seeing the white female and thought "A little company would be good at the moment"
She smiled waving her tail toward the female and replied with a friendly 'yip' to say she was not an enemy. Taking her eyes from the female she looked back at the fawn saying "Care to join me?" It was the nicest thing she could think of.
"Name's Snowfoot but you may call me Snow if you like" she said sitting down waiting to see if the female would come forward and introduce herself.

Bliss walked a little closer, and heard the she-wolf ask her for her company. She could not tell if it was a trap or not but it seemed to her that the wolf was being kind enough not to trick her. When the she-wolf gave Bliss her name, she was quite surprised. Usually she'd have to ask for it. With the wind blowing and everything calm, she felt uneasy. But Bliss didn't want to feel rude, so she introduced herself.
My name is Bliss. It's nice to meet you, SnowFoot. Things were much too still in this place. She searched the ground slowly, for movement, but only the small flowers were in motion. Nothing out of place, but nothing in place, she thought, confused by everything.
The sun chased the clouds off as Bliss looked toward the sky and the Guardians for some type of answer. But nothing really changed and she did not receive an answer for the quietness. Why must every thing be so still? She questioned out loud. Blushing she turned her head quickly, only to turn it back to see if Snow noticed her stupid question that slipped her mind.

She watched the female walk a little closer. "Hm she seems a bit wary" she thought. Chuckling she smiled "You can relax...I assure you if this was a trap i would have sprang at you already" she teased her. Then she heard her say that her name was Bliss and nodded.
"Nice name" she replied. A breeze swept by and she scanned the landscape around them. It was peaceful here and that's what she liked. Turning her head to lick the top of her shoulder where a bit of her fur stood up then she perked her ears hearing Bliss's question.
"Hm that's a good question" she thought to herself. Looking back at Bliss she smirked saying "I don't know but it's best to have some lands and everything that are still and bright than those that are dark and dull" Sniffing she turned her attention back to the fawn and pointed to it "If you're hungry Bliss, you can have some i don't mind sharing food"
