Image: The image of your wolf. (if you do not have one don't worry, the admins may update it and add in a pic that looks something ver close to your wolf,)

Name: The name of your character.

Nickname: Optional. Your character's nickname.

Age: The age of the character.

Gender: Male or Female.

Species: The type of wolf (Grey wolf, Arctic wolf, Mexican wolf, etc.)

Height: The height of the wolf (within breed standards.)

Length: The length of the wolf (within breed standards.)

Weight: The weight of the wolf (within breed standards.)

Eye Color: The eye color of the wolf. This is one of the exceptions; I will allow nearly any eye color, whether it is real or not.

Fur Type: Short, Mediam, Long; Soft, Harsh, something along these lines.

Color: The color on your wolf. No abnormal colors, ex: blue, red purple ect.

Personality: The personality your wolf possesses.

History: The ancestry information, along with their life story in a nutshell up to this point. This must be more then 50 words.

Health Problems: Any health problems they might have.(optional)

Miscellaneous: Anything else you'd like to add.
